The provision of the International Conference-contest for students of secondary general education and vocational schools, first-year students of universities "Green Technologies through the Eyes of Adolescents"

1. General provisions

1.1. The International Conference-contest for students "Green Technologies through the Eyes of Adolescents" is conducted by the All-Russian public children's ecological movement "The Green Planet". It is realized within the limits of the International program «The Dialogue of cultures: from recognition to respect».

1.2. The event is open to students of secondary general education and vocational schools, as well as first-year University and college students.

1.3. A Conference-contest "Green Technologies through the Eyes of Adolescents" will make a defined positive contribution into development of international cooperation students from member countries of the economic union with Russia; will become a launch pad to study the achievements in the sphere of production, and also will provide professional self-determination of young people from the perspectives of development of the partner countries as a whole.

1.4. The main objectives of the conference-contest:
– To generate ecological culture among teenagers and a proactive stance in relation to the global issues facing humanity;
– To contribute to the development of creative abilities of adolescent his self-determination in choosing his future profession;
– To develop the ability of adolescents to statistical analysis and ecological monitoring;
– To develop the ability of adolescents to literary creativity in writing reports and presentation materials design; - to develop the ability of adolescents to discuss;
– To provide information and public support for enterprises using "The green technology."

1.5. Terms and conditions of the conference contest posted on the website of the All-Russian Public children's ecological movement "The Green Planet» www.greenplaneta.ru and in informational social networks.

2. The order of competition

2.1. The conference contest is held annually in three stages.

2.2. Information about the conference contest is available on the Internet; information letters are sent to the administrative authorities and the education control, foreign embassies in Russia and Russian embassies abroad, public organizations which working with young people.

2.3. Advisory assistance to potential participants of the conference contest is held in absentia.

2.4. The working languages of the conference contest are Russian and English. 2.5. The first (in absentia) qualifying stage includes the following events:
2.5.1. Accepting applications and abstracts for participation in the competitive selection of reports to 15 May to e-mail: zelplaneta@mail.ru/.
2.5.2. Formation of a package of abstracts of Conference contest in the following directions (sections):
• «The green technologies through the lens of ecological monitoring";
• «The statistical researches about green technologies";
• «The publication about green technologies."

2.6. Requirements for entries:
2.6.1. All entries must include the following information:
- The name of the section;
- The full name of the test or Production Company and full name of the settlement of its location;
- Name and last name of the Author (fully) year of birth (may be no more than two authors), place of study;
- An indication of an email address for communication;
- An indication of the phone (with the city code) for communication;
- Theses of works - no more than 2 pages of A4 format with standard margins, font size 12 Times New Roman, 1.0 line spacing.
2.6.2. The works presented in the section of "green technologies through the lens of ecological monitoring" must include:
- Statement of the problem, a description of the methods used for ecological monitoring and justification of their appropriateness;
- Precise indication of the place and time of the ecological monitoring substantiating the choice for greater objectivity;
- Valid conclusions - why this production or the company, according to the author, might be attributed to green technologies;
- In the case of the passage of the (in absentia) qualifying stage for further participation in the inter-regional or international (full-time) stages, it is necessary to to provide the results of environmental monitoring in the form of an electronic presentation using tables, charts, graphs, etc.
2.6.3. The works presented in the section "The statistical studies of green technologies" should include:
- Statement of the problem, a description of the statistical methods and justification of their appropriateness;
- Detailed list of issues examined during the study, a precise indication of the number of respondents participating in the survey, the rationale for such choice for greater objectivity;
- Valid conclusions - why this production or the company, according to the author, can be attributed to green technologies;
- In the case of the passage of the (in absentia) qualifying stage for further participation in the inter-regional or international (full-time) stages of the need to provide statistical findings in the form of an electronic presentation using tables, charts, graphs, etc.
2.6.4. The works presented in the section «The publication about green technologies" should include:
- Article and / or presentation work using video or photographs of the production company, which, in the applicant’s opinion, can be attributed to green technologies;
- List of official sources, which enabled the author to its conclusion;
- In the case of the passage of the (in absentia) qualifying stage for further participation in the inter-regional or international (full-time) stages must be submitted electronically extracts from official sources that influenced the author's conclusions.

2.7. Based on the preliminary work, the decision is reviewed on the date and venue (the second phase of full-time) inter-regional conferences, as well as the composition of the participants. Participants in the second phase of full-time receive an email invitation. Information posted on the website www.greenplaneta.ru from 10 to 30 June.

2.8. According to the results of protection of creative works on inter-regional Conference shall decide on the date and venue (the third and final stage of full-time) International Conference, as well as the composition of its participants. Participants of the third stage of full-time receive an email invitation. Information is posted on the website www.greenplaneta.ru.

2.9. At the inter-regional and international conferences, participants’ full-time stage of the contest to protect their creative work with the presentation material use, answer the questions and participate in the debates on them.

3. The procedure for awarding the winners and participants of the conference contest

3.1. By following the results of participation in full-time stages of the contest on the inter-regional and international conferences on the winners of each section.

3.2. Winners and participants of the inter-regional and international conferences will receive diplomas and certificates of the Russian Public Children's Ecological Movement "The Green Planet", as well as diplomas and certificates of organizations that have shown interest in the works of the participants.

3.3. Proceedings of the most interesting studies and their results will be published on the Internet and media.

3.4 Enterprises and productions have become, according to the winners, the best representatives of «The Green Technologies" will receive certificates, diplomas and awards of the All-Russian Public children's ecological movement "The Green Planet".
